Season tickets and annual passes can only be purchased at the Ticket Office (all weekdays between 9 am and 1 pm).
NB: Remember to bring photo ID for the ride ticket.

Good to know...
Parking (free)
Our car park is located opposite the main entrance to the Park (which is the white gate by the Cafe). There is space for both private cars and buses, and the car park is used in connection with all visits and events at Gisselfeld. Parking is free, however, a fee may apply for certain events.
Park Etiquette
Climbing in trees, on fences, waterfalls or buildings is not permitted. Taking cuttings, breaking branches, leaves or similar is not allowed. Keep Out signs must be respected. Photography is only permitted for private purposes. All other photography, including wedding photos, requires permission.
Dogs on leads
Dogs are welcome in the park, but they must be kept on a lead. However, permission only applies outdoors and not in any buildings. Remember: dog waste bags (and use them if necessary!).
Wheelchair users and companion cards
There may be challenges for electric wheelchairs in entering the buildings. We are not equipped with a ramp for this purpose (consider including one yourself). Regular wheelchairs that can be tilted will be able to enter. Companion cards are accepted at the entrance.
Wedding photography in the park
It is possible to use the Palace Gardens for wedding photography during the Park's opening hours. Permission must be obtained in advance from the Estate Office, who will reserve the desired area. The price is equal to the entrance fee for the Park.
