Riding passes and annual passes
Season tickets and annual passes can only be purchased at the Ticket Office (all weekdays between 9 am and 1 pm).
NB: Remember to bring photo ID for the ride ticket.

Parking (free as a rule)
Vores parkeringsplads ligger overfor den oprindelige hovedindgang til Parken lidt nede af vejen. Som midlertidig indgang til Parken er indgang på adressen Gisselfeldvej 5, hvor man finder et lille Billethus ud til vejen. NB: Parkering er som udgangspunkt gratis hos os, dog kan der ved særarrangementer forekomme et gebyr.
Færdsel i Parken
Climbing in trees, on fences, waterfalls or buildings is not permitted. Taking cuttings, breaking branches, leaves or similar is not allowed. Keep Out signs must be respected. Photography is only permitted for private purposes. All other photography, including wedding photos, requires permission.
Dogs on leads
Hunde må gerne medbringes i Parken, men de skal være i snor. Tilladelsen gælder dog kun udendørs, og ikke i bygninger af nogen art. Husk: Hundeposer (og brug dem, hvis det bliver nødvendigt).
Wheelchair users and companion cards
There may be challenges for electric wheelchairs in entering the buildings. We are not equipped with a ramp for this purpose (consider including one yourself). Regular wheelchairs that can be tilted will be able to enter. Companion cards are accepted at the entrance.
Bryllupsfotografering i Parken
It is possible to use the Palace Gardens for wedding photography during the Park's opening hours. Permission must be obtained in advance from the Estate Office, who will reserve the desired area. The price is equal to the entrance fee for the Park.
