Application of pesticide-reducing spray technology and drone overflights
In 2022, we applied for grants to invest in pesticide-reducing spraying technology, as well as grants for practicing drone overflights of the fields. This allows for the identification of areas where weed spraying is required. With the new spraying technology, the use of pesticides is limited as they are targeted at the areas where their use has the greatest effect.
Applications for grants have been submitted under the scheme Environmental and Climate Technology 2022, Reduce pesticide use in crop production, scheme 6.2A and 6.2B
