Gisselfeld Klosters Landbrug is looking for an apprentice starting February 1st, 2027.
We are looking for an apprentice with a great interest in plant cultivation and machinery. You should already be well on your way to becoming a farmer, preferably EUX – but this is not a requirement.
A little about the position
In the position of agricultural apprentice, there will be a focus on plant cultivation, which is why your interest and focus should be on being able to maintain and develop your skills in various machine tasks, including the use of new technologies.
Newer machines with the latest technology from the brand John Deere are used in the daily operations. There are, by the way, really good production facilities for handling seed and grain production. In addition to the many traditional tasks in agriculture, service tasks are also performed for the other operational areas, including service and maintenance tasks in the company’s own workshop.
Under agriculture, there are a total of 1,500 hectares cultivated with seed crops, sugar beets, malt barley, bread wheat, and large areas of grass and natural areas.

We expect you to:
- Is mature, at least 18 years old and in possession of a B driving license
- Er EUX’er (ikke et krav) eller i gang med landbrugsuddannelsen og færdig med 1. hovedforløb
- Is positive and has a good mood – even in a busy everyday life
- Is responsible and has good collaboration skills
- Is committed, has a sense of order and has the desire and willingness to learn
- Is organized and finds it natural to keep order in machines, tools and the surroundings in general, so that they appear presentable
- Can work independently and take on responsibilities commensurate with their educational level, but also be part of a team and take part in it
We expect you to have completed:
- 1st main phase / EUX phase
Work tasks:
- Operation and maintenance of large agricultural and construction machinery
- Drainage tasks
- Operation of agriculture
- Contribute to the operation of the overall business
