Gisselfeld Monastery annually awards a Travel Scholarship and a Study Scholarship for students.
Travel grant
The Lensgreve C.C.S. Danneskiold-Samsøe and Gisselfeld Monastery Travel Grant for Students can be applied for by anyone undergoing education and seeking funding for a study trip. NB: Application forms with attachments should be sent to rejselegat@gisselfeld-kloster.dk (preferably compressed, if many attachments)
Study grant
The Count C.C.S. Danneskiold-Samsøe and Gisselfeld Kloster Study Scholarship for students can be applied for by students at the University of Copenhagen (4th semester) who are studying law, medicine, theology, or philology. However, other fields of study / other universities may also be considered. NB: Application form with attachments should be sent to studielegat@gisselfeld-kloster.dk (preferably compressed if there are many attachments).
Annuity
Upon payment of a deposit of DKK 1,000, anyone can apply. Ongoing applications. Send to the Property Office at mail@gisselfeld-kloster.dk. Sibling discount. NB: Currently, an 18-20 year waiting period before payout.
